Insight Workshop 

• • Featuring Lindsay Leahy with The Restoration Project. How do we create a container for trusted insight that yields meaningful, measurable results? In this session, you’ll learn practical techniques for tapping into clarity from within, distinguishing between questions arising from curiosity or fear, and offering tools for moving forward with confidence.

Reflection and Surfacing Ideas

• • • Reflect on questions designed to distill a next step, area of focus, or new idea and work with barriers to moving forward. 

Cultivating Clarity

• • • Contemplative practices like mindfulness and meditation yield practical results and tap into inner wisdom. Kris Lehman will guide us through an approachable practice to explore these concepts, integrate the ideas that have surfaced, and offer opportunities for clarity in the path forward.. No experience necessary! 

Invitation to Self

• • • Before parting ways, we will take time to capture one intention, commitment, or action item that will move us one step closer to our vision for integrating what we’ve learned with our future vision. 

Making Connections Through Shared Wisdom

• • • In small groups, we will create purposeful connection by discussing reflections, and sharing tools and resources with others on a similar path. 

We will close our time together by 12:00pm.
